Google launched a feature in 2019 that supports email scheduling. Gmail Schedule feature allows you to choose the time and date when you’d like your email to be sent. It makes sure your emails are sent at a more appropriate time and on the right day.

Imagine wanting to send an email to your boss who only read emails as early as 6 am or you need to send an email to a resident of another country whose time difference is 6 hours ahead like the USA or 7 hours ahead like China to yours. Or maybe you just want to send out the same email every day, week, or month.

Then, you could get up early to send the email, or you could just use Schedule Email to send it at the appropriate time. Every scheduled email will be sent based on the timezone you schedule them in.

Email scheduling on Gmail is only available for web-browser through computers and for Gmail app on Android mobile, iPhone and iPad.
